Jinzhou Wonder Auto Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., affiliated to Jinzhou Halla Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., was set up on Sep. 24, 2007 with a total investment of 11.32 million USD. Our company is located in Jinzhou eco. & tech. development zone Wonder industrial park, covering an area of 5000 square meters (building area 10000 square meters), and was renamed from Jinzhou Wonder Motor Co., Ltd. to Jinzhou Wonder Auto Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. on Jan. 1, 2014. Its current annual sales revenue is 0.11 billion RMB.
Our company introduced over 60 international advanced production equipments and more than 20 professional test facilities from USA, Japan and South Korea. With a R&D team of 15 employees, we can independently develop automotive electronic chips and motor control chips. Our company has 4 patents of invention and utility model and was awarded ISO/TS16949 certificate for the second time in June 2014 after renamed.
Our company produces and sales regulator electronic chips, regulator assemblies, rotor coils for auto alternators, auto starter electromagnetic switches and civil brushless motors. With the key technologies of high integration regulator chip, LIN communication chip, automated regulator chip assembly and regulator assembly line, in association with international companies like Freescale, Bosch, Sanken and Infineon, we have successfully developed several leading products and expand market shares continuously. Now we can supply in batch many regulators and chips of single function, common multifunction and ECU communication (LIN，PCM，C), etc. In the mean time we are also developing BLDC controllers, ABR rectifiers and battery sensors to expand product line and market.
The electronic control chips, starter electromagnetic switches and excitation windings produced by our company have all been supplied to Jinzhou Halla Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. and applied together with Halla’s products on many vehicles like Beijing Hyundai, KIA, FAW Hongqi, Foton, Jinbei and Great Wall, etc. The main customers of alternator voltage regulators include Jinzhou Wonder Auto Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., Jinzhou Halla Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., Liuzhou Zhengsheng Technology Co., Ltd., Transpo Electronics (shanghai) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Chengbang Auto Accessories Co., Ltd. and Liaoning Qiming Alternator and Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., etc. |
